Blair Castle to East Daviot

Part 1
Very wet and windy but wind mainly following so no complaints. Waiting for order to be taken at Loch Insh water sports centre and no hurry to get rid of us here. Some swimmers took a long time to get fully submerged. Some waves are breaking on the loch, showing the wind strength.

Part 2
After 75 miles, without warning, derailleur hanger snapped and derailleur ended up mangled between spokes and frame. Walked and freewheeled the down slopes nearly 5 miles to this Auchnahillin campsite. Learned from campsite manager that repair would need to be in Inverness so researched possible bike shops.
